As part of the project “Research and development of advanced artificial intelligence solutions for the detection of cyber threats and defense against sophisticated attacks”, the project team consisting of Prof. Milan Kubina, Prof. Pavel Segeč, and Assoc. Prof. Gabriel Koman participated in the 8th EPI Cybersecurity 2026 Conference.
The conference addressed a wide range of current topics in the field of cybersecurity and provided an opportunity for professional discussion on the latest trends and technologies. Among the topics discussed were the use of artificial intelligence in cybersecurity and autonomous cyber defense, which represent important directions for further development in protecting against sophisticated cyber threats.

The participation also included meetings and professional discussions with experts and representatives of companies operating in the field of cybersecurity. The knowledge and contacts gained during the conference represent a valuable contribution to further activities carried out within the project.
